Galaxy Nails Tutorial (to get ready for the new Doctor Who episodes!)

I am super excited about the new Doctor Who episode coming out this weekend so I have my nails ready and thought I would share my tutorial!

The polishes I used were Pure Ice : SCANDAL *a very dark purple* and FRENCH KISS *a dark royal blue*//Art Deco : black // L.A. Colors : gold sparkles

What I did was took scandal and covered almost all my nail. Then took French Kiss and the black and put a few dots here and there. Then for the messy part! Smudge the polishes togeather so you get these parts of blue and purple and black. After this dries add gold sparkles for the starts. You can always use something else but gold sparkles looked really nice on these.

If I were better at nail polish I would have added a TARDIS but I did not tackle that this time ;)

Tell me if you try this! Also please leave suggestions!!

Eye Make Up Tutorial : Layered

This is a very simple eye makeup tutorial especially helpful for beginners! There are tons of possibilities for this and hope y'all try it!

What you will need:
All you need is your eye shadow color pallet, eye liner, and mascara.

what I used ^                end result ^

I used:
e.l.f. eye shadow "Butternut", Great Lash clear mascara by Maybelline, and e.l.f. eye liner "Coffee"

Take you eye shadow pallet and start with the darkest color. My pallet had four colors. So take your darkest color and start on the lid. Then take the next darkest color and go up and repeat until satisfide with your look! Line your eye right under your bottom eye lashes and apply mascara to top and bottom lashes!

You can do this with any color pallet of your choice! This is great for just going out or something fancier!

Tell me if you try this! Hope you enjoyed!

Naturally Beautiful

I thought I would do a post about natural beauty tips and tricks and may I just say I have had so much fun! So here we go! Here are a few things I tried!!!

Natural Hair Lightener *tried*

What you need is

Cinnamon, conditioner (I used stay in but either will work!), and honey! (a little Olive Oil is optional)

I did not use an exact amount and don't really know how much I used! Just eyeball it and make enough to cover all your hair!

Take the mixture and you might want to put your hair in layers so that everything will be equally coated!

Leave in over night and wash out in the morning! This will lighten your hair and make it feel great!

This works best for brunets!

Lemon Highlights

You will need

2 lemons, olive oil, conditioner, and small spray bottle!

Juice your lemons and add a little olive oil. Add about 2 squirts of conditioner. Put in spritz bottle and put in hair! Play out in the sun for a few hours, wash it out and there you have it! It brings out your natural highlights!

Lip Scrub

What you need is

Small container, honey, sugar, and Vaseline!

However much honey you put in this put about half that amount of vaseline then add sugar depending on how hard you want your scrub.

Scrub on lips, wipe off, add chap stick! This is great for when you don't want to put on lip stick but want your lips looking better than normal! This makes your lips smooth and gives them a flawless look!

Ice Facial

I found on pinterest that you can use 2 ice cubes on your face to help with
Besides giving your face a dewy, glowing look, the frosty cubes will help to smooth your complexion by combatting fat cells, ease wrinkles, fight acne, and promote blood circulation that will help heal blemishes.

So I tried this with one cube IT WAS REALLY HARD but it felt really good after it was done!

Here are some other tips that I found to be helpful!

Hope you enjoyed this and hopefully I will do more soon!!

Product Review: Joyeux Boutique: old love letters hair clip

Hey! Today I will be reviewing this lovely clip from the Joyeux Boutique! First I want to say thank you to Blythe for letting me review this! Now on to the review!!!!!

Isn't it lovely?

This is a simple but lovely clip that has burnt edges in a layered, tan, flower with a pearl in the middle! It goes with a lot and here are a few ways to wear it that I thought of!

1. Of course your hair! Clips can go with sooo many hair styles! Half ups, buns, pony tails, and taking a little hair from the front and pinning it back like I normally do!

2. Clip it to a scarf! Just take a plain scarf and clip it to it! It dresses it up and adds some spice to your outfit ;)

3. Clip it to... anything! If you have a small bag or a bracelet or a headband go ahead and try it!

Now! Everyone go check out the shop and buy something! It is all super affordable quality items that will add something to any out fit!

XOXO,
Emma
