Naturally Beautiful

I thought I would do a post about natural beauty tips and tricks and may I just say I have had so much fun! So here we go! Here are a few things I tried!!!

Natural Hair Lightener *tried*

What you need is

Cinnamon, conditioner (I used stay in but either will work!), and honey! (a little Olive Oil is optional)

I did not use an exact amount and don't really know how much I used! Just eyeball it and make enough to cover all your hair!

Take the mixture and you might want to put your hair in layers so that everything will be equally coated!

Leave in over night and wash out in the morning! This will lighten your hair and make it feel great!

This works best for brunets!

Lemon Highlights

You will need

2 lemons, olive oil, conditioner, and small spray bottle!

Juice your lemons and add a little olive oil. Add about 2 squirts of conditioner. Put in spritz bottle and put in hair! Play out in the sun for a few hours, wash it out and there you have it! It brings out your natural highlights!

Lip Scrub

What you need is

Small container, honey, sugar, and Vaseline!

However much honey you put in this put about half that amount of vaseline then add sugar depending on how hard you want your scrub.

Scrub on lips, wipe off, add chap stick! This is great for when you don't want to put on lip stick but want your lips looking better than normal! This makes your lips smooth and gives them a flawless look!

Ice Facial

I found on pinterest that you can use 2 ice cubes on your face to help with
Besides giving your face a dewy, glowing look, the frosty cubes will help to smooth your complexion by combatting fat cells, ease wrinkles, fight acne, and promote blood circulation that will help heal blemishes.

So I tried this with one cube IT WAS REALLY HARD but it felt really good after it was done!

Here are some other tips that I found to be helpful!

Hope you enjoyed this and hopefully I will do more soon!!

In Christ,
Emma

  2. I use the lip scrub several times a week! Only I didn't use Vaseline; I mixed a little bit of honey and coconut oil together, and then mixed in some brown sugar. A little goes a long way!
