THE BEST HOT CHOCOLATE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the recipe for the best hot chocolate ever (I am not sure what cookbook you can find it in but we did not make it up).

What you will need

1 can condensed milk

3 tbs. coco powder

4 or 5 c. milk (you can also use powder milk)

Whisk

Stove Top

Small Pan (big enough for about 6 cups)

1. Take you coco powder and condensed milk and whisk them together in the pan till completely mixed.

2. Then add the milk and turn on the burner and stir.

3. Heat till warm and.....

There you have it worlds BEST EVER hot chocolate!!!
